1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If a test or service was cancelled by the patient prior to sample collection or test initiation.
- If the test could not be performed due to technical reasons or sample rejection, and no alternate arrangement is possible.
- If there was an error in billing or a duplicate payment.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- If the test has already been conducted or the sample has been processed.
- If the delay or dissatisfaction is due to factors beyond our control, such as third-party courier issues, patient non-compliance, or incorrect information provided.
- For health checkup packages once availed or partially used.
3. Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation or refund:
- Contact our support team at 099000 49933 .
- Provide your booking/reference ID, reason for cancellation, and mode of payment.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of booking and before the test/sample collection is initiated.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
- Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
